Sound familiar?

Guests find you through an aggregator, and the middleman takes its cut. Your own site can't take a booking: guests have to call or message, and nobody answers at night. Prices, terms for children, what's nearby and how to get there are scattered around, so guests go where everything is clear at once.

The fix

Booking is on the first screen: dates, adults, children, number of rooms and a "Check availability" button. The guest then picks a room and sends a request straight to the owner. Everything that helps them decide is one tap away: rooms with prices, sauna, hot tub and pool, the mineral springs, directions and answers to common questions.

How we did it

  • Booking in three steps: check availability for the dates, pick rooms, send the request. The booking module and its admin panel get their own case soon
  • A page for each room type - Economy, Inclusive, Standard, Deluxe, Suite - with capacity, floor area and price
  • Pages for what guests come for: sauna, hot tub and pool, the mineral springs, things to do nearby, and a blog with local routes
  • Directions and contact in one tap: a route in Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps, plus Telegram, Viber and phone
  • Search and AI assistants: VacationRental and FAQPage structured data, answers to common guest questions and a separate fact page for AI. PageSpeed on desktop: Accessibility, Best Practices and SEO all at 100
  • Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity show where guests come from and where they stop on the page
