Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Katorion collects through katorion.io, why, and how it's handled.
What data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, contact info (phone or email), and message - exactly what you enter. We also briefly see the request's IP address, used only to protect the form from spam (limiting how many requests come from one address); it isn't stored separately - rate-limit data lives in server memory and clears on restart.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't use this data for advertising, and we don't sell or share it with third parties beyond the services that technically deliver your message (below).
Who we share it with
Your message is sent via the Telegram Bot API to Katorion's team chat - that's how we receive inquiries. The site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which processes requests technically (like any hosting provider) but doesn't access your message content. Cloudflare also receives anonymous visit statistics through Web Analytics - that data is unconnected to inquiries and contains nothing you type into the form.
Cookies and trackers
The site doesn't use cookies and writes nothing to localStorage. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and collects anonymous data: the page address, where the visit came from, browser and device type, and country. It sets no cookies, builds no fingerprint, and does not follow you across other sites, so no separate consent prompt is needed here. We cannot identify an individual person from this data.
How long we keep data
Inquiries remain in our Telegram chat history - there's no separate database. You can ask us to delete a specific message by contacting us.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it - write to katorion.agency@gmail.com. That is a separate channel from the form, so you can reach us even about data you submitted through it. The exact scope of these rights may depend on your country's law.
