Instagram ads bring people in, but the sale falls apart right after the tap: DMs, questions about price and delivery, slow replies. A full online store for a few products takes long and costs a lot, and someone on a phone coming from an ad won't wade through a catalogue, a cart and a sign-up.

The fix

One page made for phones: the product, the price, three pack sizes with discounts, answers to common questions, reviews and an "Order" button that stays at the bottom of the screen. Ordering takes a pack size, a name and a phone number, with payment on delivery. Each new order goes straight to email and to the Telegram of the manager who already handles the buyer.

How we did it

• A site for Instagram traffic: one page designed for phones, because that's where people coming from the ads are
• A short order form: pack size (1, 4.5 or 10 kg), name and phone, with no sign-up and no cart; payment on delivery
• An "Order" button with the price pinned to the bottom of the screen, so ordering is possible from anywhere on the page
• Orders to Telegram and email: each new order goes straight to the manager who talks to the buyer
• Prices for all three pack sizes with discounts right after the first screen, customer reviews, and pages for payment and delivery, returns, the public offer and the privacy policy
